By accessing this website and filing award nominations, delegate passes, or stall bookings, you agree to comply with the terms of use and event guidelines specified below.

1. Accuracy of Submissions

All submitted data, including board certificates and fire NOC files, must be accurate and current. Providing falsified credentials or expired safety certificates will result in immediate disqualification.

2. Audit Consent

By submitting a nomination for the 114 Education Awards, the institution consents to physical or technical verification audits of classrooms, laboratories, and safety registers.

3. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for transmission failures, processing delays, or system downtimes. The final decision regarding award selections is at the sole discretion of the State Jury Board.

4. Jurisdictional Authority

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Bihar, India. Any disputes arising in connection with the conclave will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna.
